How It Works

At PaceRx Consulting, my goal is to make managing medications easier, safer, and less stressful. I help you understand what each medication does, make sure they all work well together, and find ways to simplify your daily routine.

What I Do

  • Review all your prescriptions, vitamins, and supplements

  • Identify duplications, side effects, or interactions

  • Help organize and simplify your medication schedule

  • Coordinate with your doctors and pharmacy when needed

  • Provide an updated, easy-to-follow medication list

What to Expect

First, choose the membership plan that works best for you. Every new patient begins with an Introductory Medication Review to ensure we start your care on the right foot.

The Introductory Medication Review includes two in-person visits within the same week.
At this first visit, we’ll go over your medications, health goals, and any challenges you’ve been facing. Then I’ll take a few days to review everything carefully.
At the second visit, I’ll bring back a clear, updated medication list and personalized recommendations to help make things easier and safer.

Ongoing Support

Your medications and health needs can change over time, and having continued support helps you stay safe and confident as things evolve. Ongoing care means you’ll always have direct access to me for questions, medication updates, and guidance whenever you need it.

This is how ongoing support looks through our two different membership options:

  • Assurance Membership – One in-person visit each month, plus ongoing support between visits. $250/month

  • Guardian Membership – Two in-person visits each month, offering a little more frequent touchpoints and support. $350/month

Between visits, I’m available seven days a week during business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm & Sat-Sun, 9am-3pm) for any medication questions or concerns that may come up.

A Note
